HR Manager

DevGate is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR policies align with organizational goals.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rwp

Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Manage employee relations and address workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture.

Manage compensation, benefits, and annual appraisal cycles.

Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools is a plus.
