OBS Technologia PVT. LTD. is looking for an HR Executive to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct reference checks and prepare HR documents (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain performance records and coordinate review meetings
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events
Maintain HRIS/HRMS records, attendance, and leave management
What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in the IT or software industry)
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
