We’re Hiring: HR Executive
R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team and support our human resource operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months – 1 year of HR experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Karachi - Head Office
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months – 1 years of relevant HR experience (generalist or recruitment focus preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in HRIS/ATS is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
