SA Ceramics is hiring for HR Executive - Plant

Office Location: Faisalabad, Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating on boarding.

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal information, etc.).

Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, bonuses, and absences).

Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal communication efforts.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.

Support performance management processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Sanitary ware or tiles Industry.

Qualification: BBA or relevant field
