Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Onsite – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support core HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to people operations while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. The HR Associate will assist in maintaining structured reporting systems, coordinating meetings, supporting hiring processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

a. Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

b. Maintain employee records and HR documentation

c. Support implementation of company policies and ensure compliance

d. Help develop and maintain internal HR processes

Recruitment & Onboarding

a. Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

b. Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates

c. Assist in workforce planning with department heads

d. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires

Team Coordination & Reporting

a. Maintain employee reporting systems and performance trackers

b. Support structured updates for leadership

c. Assist in organizing team and leadership meetings

d. Document meeting notes and track action items

Employee Engagement & Culture

a. Support employee engagement initiatives

b. Address basic employee queries and escalate concerns when required

c. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism

Performance Support

a. Assist in implementing KPIs and performance tracking systems

b. Support performance review cycles and feedback documentation

c. Prepare structured reports for leadership review

Requirements

1. Fresh grads to two years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role

2. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

3. Strong organizational and documentation skills

4. Good communication and coordination abilities

5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. High attention to detail and execution focus
