I am looking for "πππ₯π© πππ¬π€ ππππ’πππ«" in Islamabad.
ππ¨ππππ’π¨π§: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
ππ±π©ππ«π’ππ§ππ: 1β2 years of experience in IT help desk / technical support (CSR experience preferred).
ππ’π¦π’π§π π¬: 9 am to 6 pm
πππ² πππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and resolve within SLA.
Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for spare parts and follow-ups.
Maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of hardware components.
Strong task prioritization and time management skills.
Experience with global IT support/logistics is a plus.
