𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1–2 years of experience in IT help desk / technical support (CSR experience preferred).

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 9 am to 6 pm

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and resolve within SLA.

Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for spare parts and follow-ups.

Maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic knowledge of hardware components.

Strong task prioritization and time management skills.

Experience with global IT support/logistics is a plus.
