Engro Energy Group is seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to lead its Internal Audit function, driving excellence in governance, risk management, and internal control across all subsidiaries.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAP, ICAEW, or ACCA

Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role managing internal audit functions.

Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and managing an efficient internal audit function across the Engro Energy Group. This includes:

Developing a robust, risk-based audit plan aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives

Leading and mentoring a high-performing audit team, addressing structural and skill-set gaps

Strengthening the control and compliance environment through advisory support and process enhancement

Enhancing corporate governance and ethical practices via policy implementation, training, and a sound whistleblower mechanism

Driving synergy and standardization across subsidiaries through shared frameworks and best practices

Providing secretarial support to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and ensuring alignment with CIA, BAC/BoD, and CEOs
