Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our next-generation AI-powered Recruitment System. 

The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the technical architecture, database design, integrations, and deployment pipelines, while guiding a small development team (interns/juniors). 

You’ll work closely with the UI/UX designer, machine learning engineers, and DevOps to deliver an intelligent, scalable, and secure recruitment platform integrating AI, video interviews, and analytics.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

* Lead the full-stack development of the AI Recruitment System (front-end and back-end).

* Design and implement RESTful APIs, Integrations (Twilio, MailJet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoom, etc.).

* Build and maintain scalable databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).

* Develop core modules like job posting, ATS pipeline, AI scoring, video interview integration, and analytics dashboards.

* Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI models for scoring and sentiment analysis.

* Ensure security and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, encryption, and access control).

* Manage version control, CI/CD, and code reviews via GitHub.

* Optimize performance and scalability across releases.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind / Material UI

Backend: Node.js (Express / Nest.js), RESTful APIs

Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (preferred), Prisma/TypeORM

DevOps & Tools: Azure / AWS / VPS setup, GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Integrations: Twilio (SMS), MailJet, LinkedIn/Indeed APIs, OAuth/SSO, Video APIs (Zoom/MS Teams)

Security: HTTPS, JWT, Access Control, Data Encryption

AI Integration (Preferred): Familiarity with Python API consumption for ML models 

Version Control: Git, GitHub

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬

* Ability to manage and review code from multiple developers

* Familiarity with Agile and sprint-based delivery

* Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills

* Understanding of scalable SaaS architectures

𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 / 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞

* Experience with AI/ML integrations or recruitment software

* Exposure to chatbots or conversational interfaces

* Familiarity with predictive analytics or HRTech platforms

- PKR 350,000 to 400,000/month

- Potential performance-based incentives after MVP release.
