 Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female Preferred) 

Location: North Nazimabad Block N, Karachi

 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

 The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

 

 

 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·        Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

·        Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

·        Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed

·        Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

·        Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings

·        Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

·        Assist with other office duties as assigned

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

·        High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus

·        Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Professional appearance and demeanor

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
