Rastgar Engineering is searching for a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Islamabad. If you are a finance expert ready to lead strategic planning and uphold financial integrity for a global leader in precision engineering, this is your opportunity!
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/ACCA/CMA qualification.
Minimum 7 years of finance/accounting experience, with prior supervisory/managerial exposure.
Strong command of financial software/ERP tools.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards in Pakistan.
Experience in the manufacturing/engineering environment is strongly preferred.
What You Will Do: You will be responsible for overseeing internal controls, managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis to ensure the financial health and compliance of the company.
