🌸 Fashion Designer – Pret & Luxury Pret Collections

📍 Location: On-site, DHA Phase 8, Lahore

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

👩‍💼 Reporting To: Management

💼 Experience: 1–3 years (Pret / Luxury Pret preferred)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and develop stunning Pret and Luxury Pret collections that reflect our brand’s identity and resonate with our clientele.

You’ll be involved in the entire design lifecycle — from concept development to final production — ensuring every design meets our style, fit, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Research fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to Pret & Luxury Pret.

✨ Create seasonal collections through sketches, mood boards, and color stories.

✨ Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments within budget.

✨ Supervise sampling, tailoring, and prototyping with a focus on quality.

✨ Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to meet deadlines.

✨ Maintain tech packs and design documentation.

✨ Collaborate with marketing teams on lookbooks, campaign shoots, and styling.

✨ Analyze customer feedback to refine future designs.

Requirements:

✅ Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

✅ 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pret or Luxury Pret.

✅ Strong grasp of garment construction, fit, and finishing.

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or fashion sketching tools.

✅ Good sourcing knowledge for fabrics and materials.

✅ Strong multitasking and time management skills.

✅ Creativity paired with a commercial sense of fashion.

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

🌿 Understanding of local fashion trends and customer preferences.

🌿 Experience working with small-scale or boutique fashion labels.

🌿 Portfolio showcasing Pret & Luxury Pret designs.
