Job Title: Fabric Store Manager

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Description:

Kanwal Malik is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Fabric Store Manager to oversee the management and organization of our fabric inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in depth knowledge of textiles, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the fabric store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all fabric store operations.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.

Ensure timely procurement, receiving, and issuance of fabrics.

Inspect and verify the quality, color, and quantity of fabrics received.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to fulfill fabric requirements.

Implement effective storage systems to prevent damage and ensure fabric traceability.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to fabric stock, usage, and wastage.

Lead and train store staff for efficient workflow and accountability.

Requirements:

4–5 years of relevant experience in fabric or inventory management (preferably in the fashion or textile industry).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Business, or a related field.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
