🌐 Your Role:

• Manage real-time bookings and allocate jobs to drivers

• Use platforms like Cordic to ensure accuracy in dispatching

• Communicate clearly with both customers and drivers

• Maintain professional handling of high-volume calls during peak hours

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in a UK cab company dispatch environment (MUST)

• Knowledge of Cordic dispatch software is highly desirable

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Comfortable working night shifts
