We’re Hiring: Director of Marketing
DigiKhata is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Director of Marketing to lead our brand, growth, and digital marketing initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale brand, performance, and product marketing strategies.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels.
Manage cross-functional teams including content, digital, PR, and creative.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align marketing goals.
Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
✅ Requirements:
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
Strong command of digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
Proven success in scaling marketing for tech-based or digital-first platforms.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
