Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh is looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager HR & Admin to join our team in Karachi.
#Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s (Relevant Field)
#Experience: 3–5 years (HR/Admin)
#Location: Karachi
#Deadline: August 31, 2025

#Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and oversee HR & Admin policies ensuring compliance with labor laws & donor requirements
✅ Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations & staff development
✅ Supervise administrative operations including office management, procurement & logistics
✅ Develop HR & Admin systems & reports for strategic decision-making
✅ Lead employee relations, grievance handling & welfare initiatives
