Qualification:
BBA / MBA or Master’s in HRM
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development (Textile preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR metrics and strengthen employer branding
Lead leadership development and training initiatives
Promote organizational culture and change management
