Assist in managing daily club operations to ensure excellent member service, smooth departmental coordination, and operational efficiency.

* Support day-to-day club operations and ensure SOP compliance.
* Monitor member satisfaction and implement service improvement strategies.
* Maintain a welcoming, professional, and high-quality club environment.
* Supervise staff, manage duty rosters, and monitor performance.
* Handle escalated member complaints professionally.
* Oversee smooth execution of club events, tournaments, and social functions.
* Coordinate with marketing and membership departments.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery during club programs.

* Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
* 3โ5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
