We are looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Representative/Taxi Dispatch Operator (UK) in our Lahore office.
You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, booking rides, and coordinating with UK-based drivers to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and process taxi bookings efficiently
Maintain accurate booking records and customer details
Communicate and coordinate with drivers for smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints
Follow company procedures to maintain service quality
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (UK taxi dispatch preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or British accent)
Willingness to work UK shifts (evening and night hours)
Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts consistently
Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
Professional, disciplined, and proactive attitude
