Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi. (Onsite)

Duration: 3 months (Leading to a full-time job based on performance)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat, email, or calls

Provide accurate and timely information to customers

Record and track customer interactions and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of customer service principles

Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus

Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
