Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy

Document interactions and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems

Stay updated on YAP’s products and services

Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Fluent in English and Urdu

Skilled in MS Office Suite

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Willing to work weekends and holidays

Familiarity with CRM systems
