Noxlumyn is on the lookout for a " Customer Service Representative " on a remote basis.

Experience: 1 year

Location: Remote

Timings: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

1) Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and calls

2) Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to clients

3) Help customers navigate services and resolve issues effectively

4) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

5) Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on open cases

6) Gather feedback and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

1) Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role

2) Strong verbal and written English communication skills (MUST)

3) Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities

4) Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems is a plus
