Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative, located in Islamabad. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our digital services. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, managing customer accounts, and closing sales. The representative will also be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns and meet targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles

Ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
