Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad (On-site)

Organization: AstraMedic Solutions

Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (8 Hours)

Salary Package: PKR 25,000 – 35,000 + Performance Incentives + Growth Opportunities

We’re looking for an energetic Customer Sales Representative to manage client communications, follow-ups, and sales support across our healthcare divisions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Handle daily client queries and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, and calls.

2. Maintain professional tone and response templates.

3. Convert incoming leads into confirmed clients through professional communication.

4. Run potential client campaigns — sending offers, reminders, and feedback messages.

5. Maintain client tracking sheets/CRM with updated information.

Coordinate with Sales Executive and Project Managers for smooth workflow.

6. Provide post-sale support (share documentation, confirm service completion, etc.).

7. Prepare short daily & weekly performance reports.

 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Allied Health, or related medical sciences (e.g., DPT, BS Nursing, BS Medical Technology, BS Healthcare Management)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer services, or tele-sales

Age: 24-30 Y

Language: Excellent written & spoken Urdu and English

Skills:

Strong communication & persuasive tone

Fast response time and follow-up discipline

Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and social media chat handling

Professional behavior & client-friendly approach
