Luqon Inc. is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team for a US-based Energy Provision Campaign. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience working in the call center industry, this is your opportunity to grow with a high-performing team and earn excellent incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calls to customers in the US energy market
2. Present energy solutions and convert leads into successful sales
3. Maintain a professional and customer-focused communication style
4. Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the call center industry (Sales experience preferred)
2. Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
3. Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
