Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 2-5 years in operations (relevant industry is plus)

Job Description:
1- Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance courier and logistics operations. Align operational goals with overall business objectives to improve service delivery, optimize routes, and reduce turnaround time.
2- Operational Oversight
Manage day-to-day courier operations, including dispatch, route planning, tracking, and last-mile delivery. Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective movement of parcels across all service areas.
3- Team Management & Development
Lead, train, and motivate courier staff, dispatch teams, and support personnel. Promote a culture of accountability, customer service, and operational excellence. Identify training needs and implement development programs.
4- Performance Monitoring
Track key performance metrics such as delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, vehicle utilization, and operational efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
5- SOP Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Regularly audit processes and update procedures to reflect operational best practices.
6- Leadership
Provide hands-on leadership and decision-making in fast-paced environments. Foster a results-driven team culture with a focus on service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
7- Communication
Maintain effective communication across all levels—internal teams, delivery partners, and clients. Address service issues proactively and ensure clear updates on delivery schedules and escalations.
8- Industry Experience
Bring proven experience in the courier, logistics, or transportation industry. Apply industry knowledge to anticipate operational challenges, streamline delivery networks, and enhance customer satisfaction.
