Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce them to RCM services.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meeting with potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Quick learner with proactive approach.
Critical thinker with problem solving abilities.
Prior experience in RCM services or Healthcare BPO sector is a plus.
