One of the well-known organizations based in Rawalpindi is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team!

📍 Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi

💼 Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential B2B and B2C clients in international markets (UK, Europe, Gulf).

 • Communicate directly with clients through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.

 • Present and pitch company services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, and AI Chatbots.

 • Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies to meet client needs.

 • Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value deals.

 • Maintain client records, track communication, and follow up effectively using CRM tools.

 • Collaborate with design, technical, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

 • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance summaries for management review.

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 • 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in the IT industry).

 • Strong understanding of international sales and client communication.

 • Excellent written and spoken English (fluent and professional).

 • Proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients.

 • Confident, professional, and target-driven personality.

 • Must be comfortable with the evening shift (4 PM – 12 AM or 6 PM - 02 AM).

 • Fully onsite position.
