Sputnik Footwear is looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to shape and elevate the brand’s visual identity across digital, social, and in-store channels.

This role blends creativity with strategy, leading the look, feel, and storytelling that defines Sputnik online and offline. You’ll bring bold ideas to life through content, collaborations, and campaigns that drive both engagement and retail visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creative direction across social media, website, and retail touchpoints

- Develop and execute social media and influencer campaigns

- Plan and direct high-quality photoshoots and videos

- Oversee in-store visuals, activations, and outdoor presence

- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

- Stay ahead of fashion, cultural, and digital trends

Ideal Candidate:

- 3+ years of experience in brand, creative, or social media marketing, ideally within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail

- Strong creative eye and understanding of what works on social media

- Experience leading content shoots, influencer partnerships, and campaigns

- Excellent design sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail

- Energetic, hands-on, and execution-focused
