Are you a recent graduate with 0–1 year of experience and interested in Talent Allocation, Resource Management & Technology? This could be a great opportunity to start your career! 🌟
🔹 What you’ll do:
✅ Support resource allocation across projects
✅ Track resource availability, bench status & skills
✅ Match internal talent with project requirements
✅ Prepare resource profiles for client submissions
✅ Coordinate with Project & Delivery Managers, employees and TA teams
✅ Follow up on interviews, feedback & allocation decisions
✅ Support mock interviews and technical evaluations
✅ Maintain accurate resource and allocation records
🔹 What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering
💼 0–1 year of experience / Fresh graduates with HR internship experience are encouraged
🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
📊 Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
💡 Basic understanding of technology and software development/QA stacks
⚡ Strong ownership, time management & multitasking skills
