Assistant Manager - Housekeeping

Imtiaz is looking for a dynamic and experienced "Assistant Manager - Housekeeping" to lead housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility presentation across the assigned location.

📍 Location: Faisalabad

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

* 4–6 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, hospitality, retail, or large-scale commercial organizations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.

* Supervise housekeeping staff and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Develop and implement housekeeping schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.

* Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure compliance with company standards.

* Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.

* Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and materials.

* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for housekeeping-related requirements.

* Prepare reports, maintain records, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in housekeeping operations.
