Job Opportunity: Assistant Admin Manager – Five-Star Hospitality Project (Islamabad)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Admin Manager for a five-star hospitality / high-rise project based in Islamabad.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily administrative operations across the organization
Maintain and update ERP system for all admin functions
Prepare, manage, and update staff duty rosters as per operational needs
Take stock reports of stationery of all offices, cleaning supplies, and other amenities.
Conduct equipment checks (printers, ACs, etc.) to ensure functionality
Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in ERP
Coordinate with vendors and contractors (cleaning, maintenance, courier, etc.)
Address and resolve admin-related complaints (e.g., cleanliness, electricity)
Ensure safety & security compliance.
Prepare and share daily admin activity reports with the Line Manager
Maintain ERP-based reports such as inventory logs.
Prepare staff attendance summaries & Duty Roasters.
Follow up on pending admin task approvals with relevant departments
Manage staff housing and accommodation.
Manage First Aid Box well-stocked and updated.
Manage food and tea arrangements for staff and guests.
Ensure cleanliness of all staff offices, cafeteria, mosque, lawns, and surrounding areas.


🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage daily admin tasks independently
Male candidate with a pleasant personality, energetic, and strong communication skills.
Minimum 03 Years in a Similar Role
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA).
Computer literacy is mandatory (MS Office, ERP systems)
Strong planning and coordination skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage daily admin tasks independently
Prior experience in Hospitality or real estate industry is preferred.
