We’re looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Area Sales Managers. The role involves leading sales and distribution operations, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand area sales and distribution networks.

Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and area performance.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely collections.

Provide periodic sales analysis and performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

4–6 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG or OMC sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
