Location:

Work Schedule:

5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range:

Up to PKR 150,000 (based on experience and expertise)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Amazon Marketplace Team Lead (Senior Position) to manage and scale our Private Label brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth, optimizing performance metrics, and leading a team toward operational excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of Amazon FBA and marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Amazon specialists and virtual assistants.

Oversee end-to-end private label operations, including product research, sourcing, listing optimization, marketing, and inventory management.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.

Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and A+ content) for improved visibility and conversion.

Manage and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring cost-effective performance and return on investment.

Track and improve key Amazon KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, reviews, and Best Seller Rank (BSR).

Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and proactively address account or listing issues.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, logistics, and finance teams to align strategies and deliver results.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing Private Label brands on Amazon.

In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and marketplace algorithms.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and ZonGuru.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
