Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Engineer to join our on-site team in Lahore.

The candidate should have strong experience in AI model development, system integration, and server management, particularly with Linux (Ubuntu) and physical servers.

This role involves developing and deploying AI systems that enhance customer communication, automate support, and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, train, and deploy AI-driven automation systems (chat, voice, and workflow).

•Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms, CRMs, and APIs.

•Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) servers for AI model deployment.

•Handle physical server setup, configuration, and optimization for performance.

•Fine-tune NLP, speech, and generative AI models for real-world applications.

•Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to deliver integrated AI products.

•Conduct R&D to explore the latest AI tools, frameworks, and model architectures.

•Monitor and improve system reliability, efficiency, and model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

•Strong command of Python, FastAPI, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

•Demonstrated experience in AI/ML model training, tuning, and deployment.

•Mandatory:

•Hands-on Linux (Ubuntu) server management experience.

•Ability to set up, manage, and troubleshoot physical servers.

•Understanding of server networking, scaling, and security practices.

•Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

•Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines.

•Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on complex AI infrastructure.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

•Experience with speech recognition or text-to-speech systems (e.g., Whisper, Vosk).

•Familiarity with LangChain, RAG architectures, or multi-agent systems.

•Knowledge of on-premise GPU setups for AI model inference.
