Imtiaz is seeking a proactive and organized “Administration Executive” to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management, coordination, and compliance with company policies, contributing to efficient operations within one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.
📍 Location: Head Office – Karachi.
🎓 Qualification:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
💼 Experience & Skills Required:
* 3 to 5 years of relevant administration experience, preferably in a corporate or head office environment.
* Strong knowledge of office administration, facilities management and vendor coordination.
* Experience handling office supplies, assets and administrative records.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external service providers.
* Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Head Office.
* Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, utilities, and housekeeping services.
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related services.
* Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and administrative documentation.
* Support travel arrangements, meetings and official events as required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and office management.
* Support audits and inspections related to administration and facilities when required.
