We're Hiring - Accounts Executive

Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: i/10-3, Islamabad

Timings: 2 pm to 10 pm

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Maintain and record all financial transactions, including daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.

2. Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and ensure timely settlements of payables and receivables.

3. Assist in monthly and annual closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.

4. Monitor expenses, verify petty cash claims, and ensure adherence to company financial policies.

5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist in financial planning and control.

6. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations and compliance.

7. Maintain financial ledgers, cash flows, and reconciliations in QuickBooks.

8. Ensure compliance and documentation.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• ACCA / B.Com / BS.

• 6 months to 2 years of Finance & Accounting experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
