Job Summary
QMCC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating email marketing operations, updating promotional assets, maintaining marketing trackers and smart sheets, supporting market research and competitor analysis, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Coordination
Proofread and review marketing emails for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updated information, creative assets, email tests, and approvals required for campaign execution.
Ensure weekly burn links are updated accurately and on time.
Assist in maintaining email campaign schedules, follow-ups, and related documentation.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
Maintain and update various Smart Sheets and internal trackers to ensure all campaign information is current and organized.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and marketing stakeholders to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
Track deadlines and follow up with relevant teams to collect deliverables on time.
Research & Reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for brands
Prepare reports with insights, trends, competitor activity, and recommendations to support marketing strategy.
Monitor industry trends and provide updates that may impact campaign planning and execution.
Website & Banner Updates
Manage and coordinate web banner updates for brands on Shopify and WordPress.
Ensure banners and website content are updated accurately, aligned with campaign schedules, and reflect current promotions.
Work with internal teams to confirm creative assets and content are implemented correctly.
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Min 5 years of experience in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or campaign support role.
Strong written English and proofreading skills.
Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and promotional content.
Familiarity with Smart Sheets, marketing trackers, and project coordination tools.
Experience working with Shopify and WordPress for basic website/banner updates.
Strong research and analytical skills with experience preparing competitor analysis reports.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
