Key Responsibilities: - Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google - Analytics and Hotjar to identify areas for improvement. - Support the setup, QA, and monitoring of A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Intelligems. - Collaborate with design and development teams to implement design and UX changes based on testing insights. - Optimize landing pages and on-page elements (CTAs, forms, messaging, and layout) to enhance user experience and conversions. - Coordinate with SEO specialists to ensure optimization aligns with search best practices. - Stay updated on CRO, UX/UI, and digital marketing trends and share learnings with the team. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRO-related roles. - Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics). - Basic understanding of A/B testing, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals. - Familiar with Figma, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Data Studio or Tableau.
