About Ad Labz
Ad Labz is a PPC agency specializing in full-funnel campaigns for SaaS and B2B companies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing. We help clients generate high-quality leads and scale revenue with performance-driven marketing strategies.
Weβre looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager who can manage day-to-day agency operations while also supporting marketing and pre-sales activities to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure smooth workflow across client projects.
Coordinate between teams (design, copy, ad specialists) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Manage reporting, dashboards, and ensure campaign KPIs are met.
Document processes and help optimize workflows for efficiency.
Support client onboarding and ensure strong handover from sales to delivery.
Marketing Support
Assist in executing Ad Labzβs marketing strategy (LinkedIn, content, email campaigns, webinars, etc.).
Manage content calendars, coordinate with freelancers or internal team on blogs, posts, and creatives.
Monitor marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and share insights for improvement.
Work with leadership on positioning and brand visibility campaigns.
Pre-Sales Assistance
Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and case studies for prospective clients.
Research target industries (SaaS, B2B) and build insights to strengthen sales conversations.
Coordinate with prospects for discovery calls, follow-ups, and documentation.
Ensure CRM and pipeline data is updated and accurate.
Qualifications
2β3 years of experience in operations, marketing, or pre-sales (agency background preferred).
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) is a plus.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRMs; project management tools (Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
