Implements strategies for growth in Deposits and Advances portfolio and other businesses including cross sell. ➡️ Ensure that all financial targets are met for the Islamic Banking branch and assurance of cost controls and maximization of revenue generation through “good selling” and plugging of revenue leakages in the branch. (CA Deposit, SA Deposit, FCY Deposit, Total Deposit, Finances, Trade, No of NTB Accounts, Dormant Accounts Activation, violation of regulatory requirement in handling of unclaimed deposits). ➡️ Formulation & implementation of sales plans to deepen the existing relationships as well as to identify the new opportunities for achievement of Islamic branch’s multidimensional targets (deposits, advances, profit, trade finance, consumer lending, cross sell etc.) ➡️ Train & motivate all front-end staff to develop their technical & core competencies. Lead them as per sales plan for sales maximization. AI/ML Engineering Skills • Proficiency in Python, especially with libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Transformers (Hugging Face). • Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and agent frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI). • Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration. 2. DevOps & Deployment • Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI agents. • Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and experience with observability tools for agents (e.g. LangSmith, Honeycomb, Prometheus) ✅ Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred) 5. Healthcare/RCM Workflow Experience • Experience in medical billing, claims lifecycle, denial management, or provider credentialing automation. • Familiarity with terms like CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, claim adjudication, scrubbers, and TFL (Timely Filing Limits). ✅ Soft Skills & Mindset 6. Agentic Thinking & Autonomy • Demonstrated ability to break down complex workflows into discrete agent tasks and decision points. • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration (critical in startup or MVP environments). 7.
