Manager / Sr. Manager Finishing - Denim B.Sc. Textile Engineering / MBA / BBA / B.S Industrial Engineering with 10 to 14 years of experience in Denim Finishing Process This position is responsible for managing overall finishing operations across both shifts, including Pre-Finishing, Finishing, Packing, and all post-wash garment processes. The role ensures achievement of monthly and annual production, shipment, OEE, OTP, and customer service targets as per PPC plans. It involves proactive planning, problem-solving, and maintaining discipline, compliance, and quality standards on the shop floor. The incumbent must possess strong knowledge of denim finishing processes and business dynamics. Responsibilities include WIP control, ensuring product quality, meeting OEE targets, and executing reworks where required. The role also oversees coordination with sourcing, stores, MRP, quality, and washing teams for trims, shading, and packing requirements. It ensures smooth workflow, adherence to customer specifications, and timely delivery. The position demands leadership to achieve stretched targets through effective team management and operational excellence.
