This is not an HR or administrative Learning & Development role. This role is well‑suited to professionals who have developed their expertise through program‑based, project‑based, or capacity‑building roles. Qualification And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage. 5–8 years of experience in capacity building, program or project‑based roles, training delivery, or related functions. Demonstrated ability to assess capability or performance issues and determine appropriate interventions, including when training is not the primary solution. Strong experience facilitating instructor‑led and virtual sessions with professional or technical audiences. Experience conducting needs assessments and developing structured capability development plans. Exposure to eLearning development or digital learning tools is an advantage. Experience working directly with functional leaders and subject‑matter experts. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
