Responsibilities :
-Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels while managing multiple accounts and outreach workflows.
-Create personalized proposals, outreach messages, and follow-up sequences to engage prospects and convert leads into opportunities.
-Optimize online profiles (LinkedIn & Upwork) for visibility, credibility, and higher conversion rates.
-Maintain accurate lead pipelines, track campaign performance, and provide weekly reports on conversions, responses, and opportunities.
-Collaborate with the BD, marketing, and content teams to align pitches, messaging, and outreach strategies with company services.

Requirements:
-Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, and digital prospecting tools.
-Ability to handle and grow multiple accounts (profiles, product pages, channels).
-Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
-Knowledge of running promotional campaigns and social media engagement strategies.
-Familiarity with software services, SaaS products, or IT outsourcing is a strong plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree
