Roshan Packages Limited is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its team at the Flexible Plant. This role is integral in ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to support business growth and deliver an enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities: -Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations, customer orders, and follow-ups. -Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and update CRM systems. -Liaise with production, supply chain, and finance teams for timely order processing and delivery. -Communicate with clients regarding order status, queries, and support. -Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations. -Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Qualifications & Skills: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. -2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or support -roles (preferably in manufacturing/packaging, B2B environment). -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Strong communication and organizational skills.
