🔹Prepare customer-wise Profit and Loss (P&L) statements using master sheets and justify any abnormalities.
🔹Develop sales-person-wise P&L statements from master sheets and explain any discrepancies.
🔹Reconcile wastage between production sheets and dispatch records, ensuring accurate tracking.
🔹Prepare bidding sheets as per customer formats, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
🔹Reconcile raw material consumption, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies.
🔹Compare actual results with budgeted figures and investigate abnormalities.
🔹Identify loss-making products and collaborate with relevant departments to address inefficiencies.
🔹Prepare a summary of slow-moving stock and investigate reasons for obsolescence or inactivity.
🔹Evaluate capital investment proposals and provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.
🔹Work closely with production, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of financial insights with operational objectives.
🔹Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insight
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹Qualifications: ICMA, ACCA, or CA Part Qualified.
🔹Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
🔹Experience of SAP-S4 Hana will be an added advantage.
🔹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹Proficiency in financial modeling, costing techniques, and budgeting.
🔹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
