Prior 2-3 years of experience in application support (Pega experience preferred). 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through. 4. Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proficient in producing easy-to-understand documentation. 6. Familiarity with sales and customer-facing applications. 7.
