Location: Head Office, Premier Insurance Limited- Karachi

Premier Insurance Limited, a leading name in Pakistan’s insurance industry, is seeking a Deputy Manager Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with sound expertise in admin jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor management, including analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts for procurement of materials, supplies, products, and services.
2. Procurement of all official supplies, including company stationery.
3. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels; ensuring timely purchase of materials as per organizational requirements.
4. Overseeing general office maintenance and related activities, including:
o Security and fire safety
o Housekeeping and janitorial services
o Renovations and repairs
o Reception management
o Meeting arrangements and upkeep of meeting areas
5. Management and maintenance of company-owned vehicles, including vendor coordination and record keeping.
6. Operation and maintenance of company generators.
7. Disposal and sale of surplus company assets.
8. Administration of asset insurance, tagging, and updates as per requirements.
9. Supervision of employee support services, including housekeeping staff, PABX operations, office attendants, riders, and drivers.
10. Carrying out any additional assignments as directed by the functional head.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, in addition if technical diploma/maintenance or courses related to admin job will b preferable
