Also conduct new account verification as per guidelines · Perform calls to investors to inform them of their expired CNIC · Perform calls on leads sourced from various platforms, offering initial information, and directing them to the relevant sales team · Perform survey and feedback calls on a regular basis · Calls to verify correct addresses for returned couriers from investors and updating records for re-dispatch · To act as a backup and support to the manager/senior manager · Perform any other task assigned by the line management. Eligibility: · Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or in related discipline or preferably Master’s · At least 03 years of experience in related field, preferably in Financial Sector or Mutual Funds.
