Provident Fund Management: Oversee end-to-end Provident Fund operations, including preparing monthly accounts, processing settlements, withdrawals, and investments, confirming balances for advances and final settlements, preparing related documentation, and coordinating annual audits. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with auditors, banks, share registrars, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve queries promptly. Board Support: Supervise the preparation and dispatch of notices for board meetings and ensure related documentation is managed accurately. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: CA Finalist/Qualified, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with a solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
