Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations & Strategy:
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring smooth functionality, including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall online revenue.
Website Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) using analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
Content & SEO Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and other on-site content are engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage content calendars for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Customer Experience & Support:
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and resolving any technical or customer issues promptly.
- Oversee customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media channels to ensure timely and satisfactory responses.
AI & Automation Initiatives:
- Implement AI-powered tools for product recommendations, chatbot-driven customer service, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks (inventory sync, reporting, email workflows, etc.) using cutting-edge platforms.
- Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
Vendor & Technology Coordination:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, developers, and technology partners to integrate tools and technologies that enhance e-commerce functionality.
- Manage relationships with logistics, payment gateway, and fulfillment partners.
Market Research & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the e-commerce platform remains competitive.
- Analyze competitors and market data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., chatbots, CRM automation, predictive analytics).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
